Dear God
Dear God
I lie sadly in shame
Unfit to behold my sinful fame
The battle is getting tough
My frailty is becoming stronger
I'm the guiltiest of felons
I scorn your word
As I turn off the words of purity
And roll under impurity
You took me out of darkness
But my comfort zone is dark,
You gave me words of wisdom
Yet, I traded it for boredom
I know, I'm a messenger
Running an errand for a stranger
With letters of destruction
Making me a holy Beelzebub
Amid laughter
And In the balcony of Lucifers
I stand in tragic happiness
Waiting patiently for your touch
I'm sorry for the tears
Rolling down your cheeks
Causing you pains and grieve
Maybe I should blame my flesh
Right now Lord,
My spirit is ugly
And my soul is dark
Purge me.
