Color of Fate
If only we could know,
the reason why fate holds us
bunch of tight-lipped answers,
We'd smile in the strait
of gnashing.
Someday, above the cloud,
shall we meet fate,
Poised with loaded emptiness-
of wasted breath
with tales of blinded eyes.
Life springs from death
and day dilutes into the night,
Dark are the rays of light
Pleasant is the erring of death,
But, someday death will love us.
Mortality isn't a trick,
Open your wide arms
to this fading color of life,
With the fragile beaut
Deep in your heart—
From the future's book
and from the experience of yore,
What fate awaits a fibbing tongue?
We are just but shadows
Just a torso of dust.
Fate is blurry,
Life is dying,
Death is living.
Wait for death
To cool your warm soul
You'd know your faith.
